Tunki Rooftop by Handshake celebrates three years. Developed in collaboration with Handshake Speakeasy, one of The World’s 50 Best Bars, Tunki brings together creative mixology, breathtaking views, and an elevated rooftop experience at Casa de Sierra Nevada.

Inspired by the coastal, jungle, and highland regions of Peru, Tunki’s menu features small plates designed to be shared and perfectly paired with its innovative cocktail program.
To mark this anniversary, Tunki hosts a special Ahorita Cantina Takeover, a guest concept from the creators of Handshake that adds a modern Mexican twist to the celebration through a limited‑edition cocktail experience.
